Im am going on a hardcore diet and exercise plan for the next 2 months, my goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of my summer break. Once I lost the 20 pounds I will be 109 :D My UGW is 105!!!
I will be posting everyday about what ive ate and what my workout was.
